Changes to The Week Bookshop during the Covid-19 crisis

Dear customer, 

Due to the Covid-19 crisis we have temporarily changed the way we fulfil orders, so that we can safeguard our warehouse team and continue to provide an efficient service at this challenging time.

How will this affect what I can order?

Our warehouse team have limited access to our catalogue of titles at present, so whilst most of the books featured in the magazine will be available to order, we cannot offer you our usual service of any books in print. 

We were recently only able to take single line orders, however this restriction is no longer is place and we are once again able to process multiple product orders. 

How will this affect the delivery of my order?

Despite the efforts of Royal Mail and the various delivery services, we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times at present, so please allow a little longer than usual for your order to arrive.

Due to the varying postal services around the world, we will temporarily be shipping to UK addresses only. However as the situation evolves and we regain confidence in the service we can provide, we will begin shipping worldwide.

Our customer service team is currently running with reduced staff levels so we are unable to take phone calls. You can however contact us by email at with your query or to request a call back. The quickest way to place an order is on the website, however if you can't find what you're looking for then please email us.
