Changes to The Week Bookshop during the Covid-19 crisis

Dear customer, 

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis we have adapted our processes to safeguard our warehouse team and to enable us to continue to provide an efficient service at this challenging time, however some orders and delivery times may be affected.

How will this affect what I can order?

Most of the books featured in the magazine will be available to order, however due to limited access in the warehouse we cannot offer you our usual service of any books in print. 

Many publishers and their printers have also adapted their processes, so the delivery of re-printed titles are being delayed meaning you may find many titles are out of stock. We will endeavour to communicate this where we have accurate information.

How will this affect the delivery of my order?

Despite the efforts of Royal Mail and the various delivery services, we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times at present, so please allow a little longer than usual for your order to arrive.

Due to the varying postal services around the world, we are temporarily shipping to UK addresses only

How can I contact you to place an order or with any other query?

Our customer service team is currently running with reduced staff levels so we are unable to take phone calls. You can however contact us by email at contact@theweekbookshop.co.uk with your query or to request a call back.
