Delivery options

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, and despite the efforts of Royal Mail and the various delivery services, we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times at present, so please allow a little longer than usual for your order to arrive.

Due to the varying postal services around the world, we will temporarily be shipping to UK addresses only. However as the situation evolves and we regain confidence in the service we can provide, we will begin shipping worldwide. 

When will my order arrive?

If you place your order by 1pm, we aim to dispatch your parcel the same day (weekdays only). Most orders should arrive within the estimated delivery times shown above for your chosen delivery service.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders for in-stock titles within 24 hours of ordering. Excluding weekends, most orders placed before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the same day while orders placed after 3pm GMT will be dispatched the next day. Please note, due to increased orders during the Coronavirus pandemic, order dispatch may be delayed by up to 48 hours. We thank you for your patience during this time. 

What delivery partners do you use?

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or via an equivalent courier. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific courier. International orders are sent via Airmail on a priority service as standard. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Orders for titles in stock are processed within 24 hours of ordering. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days once we dispatch your order. With this in mind, please allow 10 working days from when you placed your order before contacting us. Orders may be affected by postal service delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

Will all of my items be delivered at the same time?

We aim to ship out items ordered at the same time, within the same parcel, however this is not always possible. If all of your items are in stock when the order is placed we will do our best to despatch your order as one parcel. If one of the items within your order is out of stock, then your order may be held until all of the items become available, or sent in a separate parcel.

Please note that books are not subject to VAT in the UK, however customers requiring international delivery will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
