We want you to be happy with every book purchased from The Week Bookshop, so if you’re not 100% happy, simply return the item(s) in a saleable condition within 30 days for a full and quibble-free refund.*

Item(s) need to be returned in their original condition, and ideally in the original packaging to the returns address detailed below, within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). Please include your name, address and order number, plus the reason for returning the item.
We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns, as we can only give you a refund if we receive the items and all associated manuals, accessories, etc.
As part of the EU’s Consumer Rights Directive that became effective on June 13, 2014, you may withdraw your orders within 14 days. These 14 days start counting from the day you receive the item(s) and you have the right to cancel the purchase for any reason. We will refund what you paid for the item, as well as any postage costs.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please return the incorrect item to us so that we can send you the correct item. Replacements for incorrect items will be processed (as quickly as possible) only when the incorrect item(s) have been returned to us.
Faulty or damaged item
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please accept our apologies. Please return the item and include details of your name, address and order number, the reason for return (faulty or damaged) and whether you would like a refund or a replacement to be sent.
We will either refund what you paid for the item (as well as the original delivery costs), or send you a replacement free of charge. Refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged items will be processed only when the item has been received by us. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the costs of returning the item.
How you will be refunded
We will make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
We are not able to make cash refunds.
